- Impersonates any person or entity, including any of our employees or representatives
4.4 Content Removal
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, edit, or remove any User Content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. We also reserve the right to terminate a User's access to the Services for uploading such material in violation of these Terms.

6.2 Skinbid and Other Trading Platforms
Our Services may include information about Skinbid and other CS2 skin trading platforms. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected with Valve Corporation, Skinbid, or any other skin trading platform mentioned on our Services. All recommendations and information provided are for educational purposes only, and we are not responsible for any transactions or interactions you have with these third-party services.
6.3 CS2 and Game Content
Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) is a trademark of Valve Corporation. All game content, including but not limited to game mechanics, skins, characters, and other in-game items discussed on our Services are the property of their respective owners. Our Services are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected with Valve Corporation or any game developer mentioned on our Services.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT (A) THE SERVICES WILL FUNCTION UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR LOCATION; (B) ANY ERRORS OR DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; (C) THE SERVICES ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS; OR (D) THE RESULTS OF USING THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
8. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; AND (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CS2 Gaming Hub and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of and access to the Services; (b) your violation of any term of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (d) any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Services.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
